Scope of application: It has the characteristics of high pressure, light weight and long life, and the corrosion resistance is better than the traditional steel pipe, which can be used for deep-sea oil and gas transmission instead of steel pipe.
Inner glue layer: UPE or PTFE (thickness 4.0mm)

软管接头

接头材质选用35CrMo高强度合金钢，经整体锻造，严格的热处理工艺，确保接头有均匀细小的金相组织和承压性能，高精度数控机床和加工中心加工，确保尺寸精度和产品互换性。软管总成由软管和端部接头经双层结构套筒机械扣压组合而成。扣压式接头和软管为物理性连接，具有稳定的防脱性和密封。扣压式总成，管体缓冲中胶层设计有n道排气缝隙，能将气体有效导入接头拔脱段处，通过扣压槽排出接头外部，防止管体鼓包。
