EN12115 PTFE High-Pressure Multi-Purpose Hose

Applications:PTFE is widely used in the chemical, oil, steel, pharmaceutical, and medical industries, etc. It is suitable for use in high-temperature environments, and its superior corrosion resistance makes it immune to a wide range of corrosive fluid chemicals (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, etc.) PTFE's fully saturated characteristics also make it a high quality choice for use in the pharmaceutical and medical industries.
Inner glue layer:PTFE and EPDM synthetic rubber
Reinforcement Layer:Ultra-strong, highly flexible steel wire in 2 or 4 layers of braid
Outer rubber layer:Black/red/mebane/blue ozone-, UV-, and abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber (can be coated with UPE abrasion-resistant layer)
Temperature range:-55°C ~ 220°C (-67°F ~ 428°F)
Reference Standards:EN12115
Customisation Scope:Customisable hose I.D. up to 4\’\’ and below
