EN12115 PTFE low pressure multi-purpose hose

  • Applications:PTFE is widely used in the chemical, oil, steel, pharmaceutical, and medical industries. It is suitable for use in high-temperature environments, and its superior corrosion resistance makes it immune to a wide range of corrosive fluid chemicals (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and sulfur reactants, etc.) PTFE's fully saturated nature also makes it an excellent choice for use in the pharmaceutical and medical industries.
  • Inner glue layer:PTFE and EPDM synthetic rubber
  • Reinforcement Layer:High-tension synthetic fibre wrap and high-flexibility helical wire wrap
  • Outer rubber layer:black-and-blue or blue EPDM or FKM synthetic rubber (can be covered with UPE wear layer)
  • Temperature range:-55°C ~ 220°C (-67°F ~ 428°F)
