EN12115 UPE high pressure multi-purpose hose

  • Applications:This product is widely used in the chemical, steel, construction, pharmaceutical and medical industries. Its super abrasion and corrosion resistance, combined with its highly saturated lining, means that it is virtually non-reactive with any substance (oils, grease, corrosive chemicals, etc.), and its absolutely neutral odour means that it is suitable for use in the beverage industry as well as in the manufacture of pharmaceutical products.
  • Inner layer:UPE and EPDM synthetic rubber
  • Reinforcement Layer:Ultra-strong, high-flex steel wire in 2-ply braid or 4-ply wrap
  • Outer rubber layer:Black/red/meadow/blue ozone-, UV-, and abrasion-resistant NV or EPDM exterior (can be coated with UPE abrasion-resistant layer)
  • Temperature range:-30°C ~ 82°C (-22°F ~ 180°F)
  • Reference Standards:EN12115
