Furnace coolant hose

  • Applications:Large-diameter hoses are used to transport cooling water to furnaces for steel, glass or foundry applications. These hoses are efficient and have a long service life, and are suitable for use in high-temperature environments where hot metal or glass is splashed.
  • Inner glue layer:Black EPDM synthetic rubber
  • Strengthening layers:High-power fibre-wound and insulated spiral PP core or spiral steel wire
  • Outer rubber layer:Black & White NBR&PVC hybrid flame retardant fire-resistant rubber/insulation and stainless steel armouring
  • Temperature range:-40°C to +100°C (-40°F to +212°F); withstands external radiation temperature 540°C (1004°F)
