Super Hercules EXCEEDS ISO18752-BC/CC

Product Applications:Suitable for use in large construction machinery such as excavators or harsh environments.
Inner glue layer:Nitrile or neoprene synthetic rubber for biodegradable hydraulic fluids
Reinforcement Layer:One or two layers of steel wire braid (1/2″ -3/4″), pulse ≥ 300,000 times, four layers of steel wire winding (1″-2″), pulse ≥ 1 million times
Outer rubber layer:Standard hose: non-peeling abrasion-resistant, weather-resistant synthetic rubber; abrasion-resistant hose: non-peeling high abrasion-resistant, weather-resistant synthetic rubber; super abrasion-resistant hose: non-peeling super abrasion-resistant, weather-resistant UHMWPE can be used to replace the plastic sheath for high protection efficiency and ease of assembly.
Temperature range:-40°C to +121°C (-40°F to +250°F), -55°C to +100°C (-67°F to +212°F)
Low bending:Bending radius is 41% less than ISO18752 standard; 47% less than SAE standard.
High pressure:Exceeds SAE Standard 60%
Long life:Uses Leighton's special one-piece hose couplings and hydrogenated nitrile seals with a two-year warranty.
